Christian Torgrimson presented in Nashville at the American Law Institute's national conference on eminent domain and land valuation litigation. She walked through practical tips for developing an effective eminent domain practice. She also provided an overview of the comparable sales approach to land valuation and took part in an ethics presentation on finding resilience. 

The ALI-CLE conference brought together eminent domain and land use professionals from around the country to explore the top issues in their field.
