Scott Cunning  presented at the International IP Skills Summit (IIPSS) in Hyderabad, India. He took part in a panel of in-house and outside counsel who discussed developments in the biosimilars industry from a business, regulatory, and legal perspective over the past 10 years. They also explained how biosimilars differ from small-molecule generics from a commercial, regulatory, and legal perspective, as well as the unique challenges facing the industry and what lies ahead as it continues to develop.

The IIPSS brought together executives, attorneys, policymakers, and others in the intellectual property industry from around the globe.
