Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP is pleased to announce the growth of its Securities Team into Atlanta and Washington, D.C. The team has expanded its footprint, skill set, and depth through the additions of Alonzo Llorens and Michael Kelley in recent months.

Alonzo Llorens has strengthened the firm’s capabilities with public companies, as he has previously worked at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in its Division of Corporation Finance. Since then, he has continued building significant experience advising public companies. 

Michael Kelley has bolstered the firm’s private investment fund practice. He has more than 25 years of experience assisting U.S. and international companies and funds with all of their investment needs. He is the former general counsel of EMP Global in Washington, D.C., where he where he oversaw approximately $8 billion in assets across 10 different investment funds.
