Ellen Smith gave a virtual presentation to the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) Atlanta chapter on how to negotiate more successfully. In her interactive session, Ellen discussed how to build beneficial relationships while negotiating deals, disputes, new initiatives, and even a promotion. She also discussed identifying goals with clarity, learning and using hot buttons of other parties and relationships, and knowing when to stop.
