Skip Lohmeyer presented on leadership in times of crisis at ILTA>ON, a virtual conference produced by the International Legal Technology Association (ILTA). 

"When it comes to leadership, I always focus on learning from others, caring for others, providing a clear vision, and listening," Skip said. "Leaders are not an island; listening to others helps the whole team build trust and produce better results."

Skip and the other presenters discussed how to manage the critical tasks amid a crisis that "needed to be done yesterday," as well as how to motivate teams while being sensitive to the emotional turmoil they may be feeling.
