Skip Lohmeyer was quoted in Law360 on leadership in times of crisis. Skip, Parker Poe's chief information officer and a U.S. Army veteran, discussed the critical role that communication plays. 

"Without good communication, I think people feel lost, hope declines, there's a general lack of direction or maybe a feeling of chaos, and ultimately in our businesses it results in teamwork failures," he said. 

Skip's comments were part of a virtual conference hosted by the International Legal Technology Association, which Law360 covered. Skip also talked about the importance of providing a common direction during crises, as well as learning from challenges and applying those lessons to future situations.
