John Amabile presented virtually to the Georgia State Bar's Real Property Section. He discussed how the coronavirus pandemic is resulting in several big changes for litigation, which in turn are making arbitration and other types of alternative dispute resolution more attractive to businesses.
John provided an overview of key considerations before choosing arbitration or mediation, including specific considerations for the real estate industry. He also explained why Georgia's new Business Court is worth considering for commercial real estate disputes worth more than $1 million.
