Tory Summey was quoted on employer COVID-19 vaccination policies in an article that ran in The Charlotte Observer, The News & Observer, and Yahoo News.
Tory noted that making the new vaccine mandatory can create thorny issues for companies, although companies in certain industries will have stronger legal and business arguments to do so.
"I have had health care providers reach out and say ‘This is really important, how do we do this?’" Tory said.
Overall, he said most businesses are likely to strongly encourage their employees to take the vaccine once it is available.
