Michael Kelley presented in a virtual program hosted by Virginia CLE on ethical considerations for attorneys involved in commercial litigation finance. He helped provide a guided tour of the lifecycle of a funding transaction, explained how it can be a powerful and client-friendly tool for lawyers, and what lawyers need to be mindful of when dealing with third-party financed litigation.
