BTI Names Parker Poe to Client Service A-Team for Sixth Straight Year

Charlotte, N.C. – Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP is pleased to announce that BTI Consulting Group has named Parker Poe to its “Client Service A-Team” for 2021. The firm has received this honor six straight years, as well as 12 of the past 13 years overall.

BTI’s Client Service A-Team is the gold standard used by law firms and corporate counsel to measure client service. The report relies entirely on interviews with general counsel, chief legal officers, and other legal decision-makers at companies with $700 million or more in revenue. For the 2021 edition, BTI conducted more than 350 in-depth telephone interviews with leaders across more than 15 industries between February 2020 and January 2021.

In particular, clients said Parker Poe stands out for how its attorneys advise on business issues and are proactive with unprompted communication. The firm’s strength advising on business issues demonstrates the continuing value of its industry team model, through which attorneys across practice areas have collaborated to take a big-picture approach to clients’ needs.
