Charlotte, N.C. – Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP is pleased to announce that Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer Kristen Bateman Leis has been inducted as a member of Women Executives (WE). WE consists of a diverse group of business, educational, and nonprofit leaders in the Charlotte community.

Kristen was sponsored by two WE members and chosen for her accomplishments as a leader and her commitment to nurturing other women’s professional and personal growth. WE helps its members further develop their leadership potential and serve the community.

Kristen has more than 20 years of experience helping law firms provide superior client service. She is among fewer than 300 Fellows around the world in the College of Law Practice Management, which recognizes those who have made significant and sustained contributions to the business of practicing law. She has spearheaded innovative programs, such as the Parker Poe Path, that help put the voice of the client at the center of law firm strategy.

She has also maintained her passion for mentoring and teaching others, both at the one-on-one level and at the national level through the Legal Marketing Association and other professional services organizations.

“I am honored and humbled that WE thought of me,” Kristen says. “I look forward to learning from such an accomplished group of leaders and supporting my fellow members as we work to serve the Charlotte community.”
