Raleigh, N.C. – Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP is pleased to announce that Corri Hopkins has been elected to the leadership council of the North Carolina Bar Association’s Antitrust & Complex Business Disputes Law Section. As a council member, Corri will help drive education and networking for antitrust attorneys and litigators across the state.
The NCBA’s Antitrust & Complex Business Disputes Law Section serves lawyers who concentrate on antitrust and trade regulation, as well as complex business litigation such as class actions. Unfair and deceptive trade practices are a substantial focus of the section as well. The section helps mold the NCBA’s legislative agenda, sponsors continuing legal education (CLE) programs and a blog, and provides networking and pro bono opportunities for lawyers.
At Parker Poe, Corri represents corporations, health care providers, and individuals in complex corporate litigation. She represents clients in state and federal court in a variety of business disputes, including class actions, noncompete violations, and corporate governance litigation.
Corri is among several Parker Poe attorneys who have taken leadership positions within their state bar associations this summer. You can find the others here.
