At the American Bankruptcy Institute's Southeast Bankruptcy Workshop, Ashley Edwards moderated a panel on the economic impact of COVID-19 and the road ahead. The panel examined which industries will continue to struggle and may not recover, which ones seem immune to the pandemic’s effects, and which were initially sick but appear to be on the road to recovery.

The American Bankruptcy Institute is the nation’s largest association of bankruptcy professionals, with more than 12,000 members who include attorneys, judges, bankers, accountants, and others. Its Southeast Bankruptcy Workshop has brought together bankruptcy leaders and practitioners in the Southeast for 25 years. Participants had the choice to attend virtually or in person this year in Palm Beach, Florida.
