Sarah Crotts Appointed Chair of N.C. Bar Association's Health Law Section

Charlotte, N.C. – Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP is pleased to announce that Sarah Crotts has been appointed chair of the leadership council for the North Carolina Bar Association’s Health Law Section. In that role, Sarah will help drive education and networking for health care attorneys across the state.

The NCBA’s Health Law Section focuses on health care provider regulation, medical malpractice, and health insurance law. The section helps mold the NCBA’s legislative agenda, sponsors continuing legal education (CLE) programs and a blog, and provides networking and pro bono opportunities for lawyers.

At Parker Poe, Sarah advises hospitals, physician groups, insurers, life sciences companies, and a range of health care providers. She has particularly extensive knowledge of health care compliance issues and experience with health care transactions. In addition, Sarah has reviewed, revised, and drafted managed care agreements for both providers and insurance companies.
