Ashley Edwards presented virtually at a continuing legal education (CLE) event hosted by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of North Carolina. Ashley served as the chair of the Litigation Subcommittee of the Local Rules Committee, which reviewed the bankruptcy court's local rules last year, including for potential revisions related to the COVID-19 pandemic.

At the CLE, she and other panelists explained the revisions that will go into effect in the fourth quarter of this year. They talked about major, substantive, and procedural revisions impacting Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 13 bankruptcies, as well as bankruptcy litigation in general.
