David Pardue recently moderated a panel at the American Bar Association Tort and Insurance Section Business Litigation meeting. The panel, titled “Keeping Secrets and Watching Your Mouth! Pursuing and Defending Trade Secrets and Business Claims," provided primers on prosecuting and defending both trade secrets and business torts cases. The trade secrets scenarios focused on the cyber element of cases, while the business torts scenario had a particular focus on business defamation.
