The City of Greenville has a new draft Development Code out for consideration that represents a complete overhaul of the city’s zoning and land development regulations. The draft can be accessed via this link along with an interactive map where you can look up the current and proposed new zoning for a particular property.
This is a work in progress and, according to the city, the Planning Commission will hold public hearings on February 28 and March 1 before deliberating on March 16. City Council is expected to take the code under consideration in the spring.
