Michael Kelley was a panelist in a five-panel conference hosted by the Center on Civil Justice at NYU School of Law. The panel “Shedding Light on the Funding Contract Process” addressed the perceived need for greater transparency and efficiency in the funding process from the perspective of experienced deal lawyers, funders, and law firms. Michael and the other panelists shared their experiences, discussed core issues in commercial funding transactions, and examined opportunities to reach a consensus on deal structures.
