Robb Leandro recently joined a panel discussion regarding Certificate of Need (CON) reform and Medicaid expansion for the  North Carolina Ambulatory Surgical Center Association (NCASCA). The panel discussed the recent CON reforms and Medicaid expansion compromise reached by the General Assembly and the Governor and how these changes are likely to impact existing ambulatory surgical centers and future ASC development in North Carolina.
