Tory Summey provided an employment law update at the National Association of College and University Attorneys (NACUA) annual conference. He and the other panelists discussed the latest steps from federal agencies, Congress, and state legislatures that impact employment compliance at colleges and universities. They touched on artificial intelligence, noncompete agreements, pay transparency laws, and other areas of importance for employers.
