David Pardue was quoted in Law360 on the Georgia Supreme Court’s new test to determine whether a crime was foreseeable on a business property. He said the new test could be read as "very expansive or imprecise."
"It is concerning, I think, that the only real line is totality, and prior crime is sufficient but not necessary," David said. "Obviously, future case law is going to have to determine if there's some limit as to what is included in those circumstances."
