Catherine Clodfelter is presenting on August 5 at the North Carolina Association of Municipal Attorneys' summer conference in Wilmington. She will be part of a panel discussing updates and success stories from the American Rescue Plan Act. She will provide tips for local governments who are thinking about or in the process of creating and implementing policies required under ARPA.
Parker Poe's Anthony Fox and Daniel Peterson will also attend the conference. It brings together attorneys serving municipalities across North Carolina.
