On August 23, Russell Killen moderated a panel at the Raleigh Chamber's Annual Leadership Conference. Russell led a discussion about infrastructure for a growing region with executives from Duke Energy, the City of Raleigh, Wake County, and the NC Turnpike Authority. 

Russell's practice focuses primarily on construction and land development, including dispute resolution, contract negotiation, and project entitlement. A partner in the Raleigh office, Russell currently serves on the firm's board of directors.
