Alonzo Llorens will moderate a panel on October 19 as part of the UPS/Black Business Legal Aid Webinar Series. The panel will be comprised of three legal professionals from across the country. They will cover:

• Factors that should be considered in determining whether and when to raise capital.
• Primary sources of funding for early-stage companies.
• Steps companies should take before seeking capital.
• The relevance of "valuation" and how it's determined.
