Phillip Fajgenbaum Named to Mecklenburg County Bar Leadership Institute Class of 2024

Charlotte, NC — Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP is pleased to announce that the Mecklenburg County Bar has selected Charlotte associate Phillip Fajgenbaum as a member of its Bar Leadership Institute Class of 2024. Mecklenburg County Bar describes the class as the future leaders of the organization.

Phillip focuses his practice on financial restructuring and insolvency, general litigation, sports and entertainment, and real estate. He helps lending institutions, manufacturers, industrial equipment finance companies, purchasers of debt, and other creditors navigate the bankruptcy process. He has represented clients in alternatives to bankruptcy as well, including pioneering North Carolina’s updated Commercial Receivership Act.

Phillip serves on the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of North Carolina's Local Rules Committee and co-chairs its Litigation Subcommittee. He also serves on the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of South Carolina's Local Rules Committee and its Creditor's Rights Subcomittee.

The Mecklenburg County Bar aims to improve and preserve the administration of justice and to assist the North Carolina State Bar as described by statutory requirements.
