Atlanta, GA – Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP is pleased to announce Todd Sprinkle has been elected to the board of directors for the National Association of Dealer Counsel (NADC). As a board member, Todd will play a leading role in representing the voices of attorneys who advise automobile and other vehicle dealerships across the country.

At Parker Poe, Todd is a co-leader of the firm’s Retail Automotive Dealer Team, which has more than half a century of experience helping automotive dealerships with all of their legal needs. Todd and the team represent publicly traded, private equity-sponsored, and privately held dealerships of all sizes – from small, local groups to large corporations with a national footprint, including franchised and independent dealerships.

Todd focuses his practice on civil litigation, both state and federal, at the trial and appellate levels. He has extensive experience representing automotive dealers and Fortune 500 companies as both plaintiffs and defendants. He has litigated cases involving breaches of contracts, trade secrets theft, software implementation issues, corporate dissolutions and ownership disputes, and other business disputes.
