Charlotte, NC — Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP is pleased to announce that LauraLee Lawley has joined the firm as a partner in Charlotte. She brings more than 15 years of experience serving a broad sector of the health care industry.

LauraLee represents ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs), ASC management companies, lenders in the health care space, physician groups and management services organizations, dental services organizations, veterinarian services organizations, and pharmacies.

LauraLee advises her clients across a range of their legal needs, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, corporate governance, and regulatory and compliance issues.
