Charlotte, NC — Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP is pleased to announce that Brian Kelley has joined the firm as a partner in Charlotte. Brian advises clients on a range of financing and private credit needs in the commercial real estate industry.

For over 20 years, Brian has supported lenders on a host of complex financial issues, including single-asset loan structures, portfolio loan structures, short term/floating rate and permanent loan origination, mezzanine financings, preferred equity investments, and other financings involving commercial real estate.

Brian has a particular focus on originating loans for the commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) market, but his experience includes a wide range of loan types, asset types, and borrower organizational structures.

Additionally, Brian advises clients who are acquiring commercial real estate projects on securing and structuring necessary financing.

Brian joins Parker Poe from Katten, where he was a partner.
