In honor of Women’s History Month, Traci Bransford led a panel on issues impacting women in leadership roles, hosted by the International Trademark Association (INTA). The panel was part of INTA’s Women’s LeadershIP Initiative, which is committed to supporting greater representation and advancement of women in intellectual property.
Traci was joined on the virtual panel by prominent female intellectual property attorneys from various organizations worldwide. The panel addressed recent shifts affecting hiring and retention strategies for women leaders as well as strategies for balancing professional and personal life. They also discussed the impact of remote work and return-to-office policies, alongside best practices for cultivating a work environment that fosters and nurtures women.
