Alonzo Llorens moderated a panel about sources of capital on April 17 at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta. The panel was part of the 2024 financial summit for the Georgia Minority Supplier Development Council.
Alonzo led a discussion about the various sources of capital available to companies seeking to raise capital, the types of funding these institutions offer, the financing terms generally associated with these various types of funding, and the criteria these funding sources consider in determining whether to make an investment or a loan.
The panel was comprised of various banking and financial executives. Given the increased interest in acquisitions to grow a company, Alonzo’s discussion also touched on the sources of capital available to companies potentially interested in pursuing an acquisition strategy.
