Megan Finch Stevens Strengthens Parker Poe's Real Estate & Commercial Development Team in Charleston

Charleston, SC — Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP is pleased to announce that Megan Finch Stevens has joined the firm’s Charleston office as counsel. Megan brings approximately 15 years of experience to her commercial real estate practice, where she advises buyers, sellers, and developers across a range of their needs.

Megan is experienced in drafting contracts, master deeds, and easements as well as handling negotiations, reviewing title and due diligence, and preparing leases. She also assists corporate clients with entity formation, structuring, and creation of corporate governance documents.

Megan has served as a leader within the South Carolina Bar, helping to set policy as a member of its House of Delegates. She currently serves as the vice chair of the Mount Pleasant Board of Zoning Appeals. Prior to joining Parker Poe, Megan served as special counsel at Buist Byars & Taylor, where she focused on commercial real estate.

Megan earned her law degree from Charleston School of Law. She earned a bachelor's degree from the University of South Carolina and a master's degree from College of Charleston.

Megan joins Parker Poe’s Real Estate & Commercial Development Team, which has a proven track record of successfully getting real estate projects from concept to closing and protecting clients’ real property in disputes.
