Dayton Riddle spoke on a panel about the legal side of running a small business in front of a crowd of small business owners and operators who are members of the Columbia Chamber. The panel was part of the Columbia Chamber Small Business Breakout.
Dayton, along with his co-panelists, attorney Bill Duda and University of South Carolina law professor Ben Means, provided guidance on how to navigate legal issues related to opening and operating a small business in South Carolina. They also discussed best practices for protecting both the business and its owners.
