Charlotte, NC – Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP is pleased to announce that Alexandria Hill and Olivia Osburn have joined the Rose Council at the Wake Forest University School of Law. Named after Professor Emeritus Charley Rose, the council aims to build community engagement with and encourage recent graduates to stay involved with the law school through volunteering, attending events, staying informed, and giving back.
Alexandria and Olivia will both serve three-year terms on the council. They earned their law degrees from Wake Forest in 2022. Members of the Rose Council meet regularly throughout the year and work closely with the Office of Career and Professional Development, Office of Admissions, and Office of Development and Alumni Engagement to encourage fellow alumni to remain engaged.
At Parker Poe, Alexandria focuses her practice on business litigation and administrative law. She is part of a team that represents clients before state and federal courts and governmental agencies in the Southeast.
Olivia advises health care clients with a range of their operational, compliance, and regulatory needs. Her experience varies from drafting and negotiating physician employment contracts and service agreements to drafting commercial leases for medical practices, including regional medical centers, hospitals, and clinics.
