David Pardue will be on a panel with top trade secret litigators and judges from across the country this month where he will discuss case management issues during the Sedona Conference Working Group 12 Annual Meeting in Phoenix.

David will provide key takeaways for business leaders on challenging trade secret issues before and during litigation. This includes issues related to handling top secret confidential forensic evidence, preliminary injunction tactics and defenses, when and how to identify trade secrets, and using forensic investigations and expert witnesses effectively. The panel is comprised of trade secret attorneys and an Arizona superior court judge who sits in a business court regularly adjudicating complex business litigation.

The Sedona Conference Working Group 12 is focused on trade secrets. It is part of a series of working groups that confront some of the most challenging issues faced by the legal system today. The Sedona Conference is a nonprofit research and educational institute dedicated to the study of law and policy in a number of areas such as data security and privacy law, intellectual property rights, and complex litigation. Its members include attorneys, judges, academics, consultants, and other business leaders.
