WIPR described David as a seasoned intellectual property litigator who has secured notable victories for both plaintiffs and defendants in trade secrets lawsuits, representing both small businesses and global companies. WIPR pointed to David’s work in one case involving the Georgia Trade Secrets Act and Defend Trade Secrets Act, which helped clarify the standard a plaintiff must meet in claiming misappropriation of trade secrets. 

At Parker Poe, David brings more than 30 years of experience representing clients in business litigation and with their intellectual property needs. He has particularly deep experience with trade secrets, trademark litigation, employment and noncompetes, and insurance coverage issues related to intellectual property.
