Michael Kelley moderated a virtual panel on April 29 hosted by LF Dealmakers and Women of Litigation Finance (WOLF).

Michael’s panel was comprised of industry leaders from finance and law. Topics included how dealmakers are structuring transactions to withstand market volatility, the latest on mass tort financing, and an emerging secondary market for legal assets and talk of securitization.

Michael also led the panel in a discussion about the cooling of the litigation finance insurance market and structuring for the end of a deal.
