John Moye Elected to Board of Atlanta Bar Association's Litigation Section

Atlanta, GA – Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP is pleased to announce that John Moye has been elected to serve on the board of the Atlanta Bar Association’s Litigation Section. John was nominated by his peers and sworn in as a board member during the association’s May 22, 2025, annual meeting.

The Litigation Section is the Atlanta Bar Association’s largest section by membership. It is comprised of litigators who represent a broad range of practices. The section hosts regular networking events and panel discussions on litigation trends.

At Parker Poe, John is a partner who brings nearly 20 years of experience representing companies in complex business disputes in both federal and state courts and in arbitrations. He has advised a range of companies across the software, manufacturing, telecommunications, technology, and life sciences industries. He has served as lead counsel in lawsuits involving technology and software, the theft of trade secrets, noncompetes and other restrictive covenants, intellectual property, and complex commercial disputes.

John has played an active role in the Atlanta Bar Association since 2023, serving as a member of the Litigation Section and its event planning committee.
