Christian Torgrimson and Erika Love co-authored an article about condemnation laws, procedures, and unique concepts in the American Law Institute's The Practical Real Estate Lawyer.

"Eminent domain is the constitutional power conferred upon federal and state governments to take or acquire private property without the owner’s consent for public projects, most commonly for local, state, or utility infrastructure," Christian and Erika wrote along with two other co-authors.
