Jeremy and the panel discussed how AI influences hiring, training, and performance management, and ways employers can mitigate risk associated with the use of various AI tools in these processes. The panel also discussed how AI can be used to bridge generations in the workforce by capturing institutional knowledge and personalizing training to learning styles.
