A single workplace injury can instantly place an employer at one of the most complex intersections: Workers’ Compensation, the ADA, and the FMLA. On February 17, Zack Anstett and Carson Lane will walk through how employers should approach key decisions when workplace injuries or medical conditions trigger overlapping requirements under Workers’ Compensation, the ADA, and the FMLA.
The program will also address common compliance pitfalls that arise at these crossroads. Topics include return‑to‑work and light‑duty decisions, handling medical restrictions and certifications, and applying attendance policies when leave is exhausted. The session will close with practical guidance on key risk factors and concrete steps employers can take to reduce exposure.
