Tyler Smith and Scott Manning offered insights for businesses about the federal New Markets Tax Credit at the San Juan New Markets Tax Credit Summit in Puerto Rico.

Tyler and Scott discussed how the NMTC program can help businesses, which businesses are eligible for the program, and how the process works. They also outlined what types of expenditures qualify for the NMTC program, including real estate acquisitions, site preparation, new construction, and tenant buildouts.
