Tony Lathrop presented to an audience of North Carolina business and government leaders during a Commercial Real Estate Development Association (CREDA) Charlotte conference, where he offered insights on North Carolina Department of Transportation finances, Hurricane Helene recovery efforts, and transportation funding. He also outlined why regional collaboration matters and an update on ongoing state transportation projects in Cabarrus County.

As chair of the North Carolina Board of Transportation and a former chair of the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Planning Commission, Tony provides strategic counsel to clients on transportation and public mobility planning, funding, and finance, as well as on zoning, land use, and economic development connected to major transportation corridors.
