Charlotte, NC – Daniel Peterson was recently appointed to the board of trustees for the Charlotte Symphony Orchestra. In that role, Daniel serves as an ambassador who supports and advocates for one of the premier music organizations in the Southeast.
The Charlotte Symphony is the oldest continuously operating symphony orchestra in the Carolinas. The nonprofit was founded in 1932 and today employs 65 full-time musicians, supports four youth orchestras, and offers educational support focused on under-resourced areas of the community.
Daniel has a passion for civic engagement and community service. He is on the board of directors for the North Carolina Association of Municipal Attorneys and is a past chair of the Mecklenburg County Bar's Litigation Section.
