Tony Lathrop spoke during the Economic Development Partnership of North Carolina’s board meeting, where he provided insights on North Carolina Department of Transportation finances, recovery efforts from Hurricane Helene, and creative infrastructure finance.

As chair of the North Carolina Board of Transportation and a former chair of the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Planning Commission, Tony provides strategic counsel to clients on transportation and public mobility planning, funding, and finance, as well as on zoning, land use, and economic development connected to major transportation corridors.
