Sam Moses was quoted in The New York Times about foreign direct investment trends in the United States given the evolving landscape of tariffs and other federal policies. 

Sam addressed public opinion about certain types of projects that are driven by foreign direct investment, including large industrial development. 

"They're concerned about traffic and infrastructure and how the company's location will impact all of that," Sam said. "There's a lot of balancing going on in states that have historically been targets."
