Charlotte, NC – Allison Barry, Parker Poe’s senior client service manager, has earned a client experience management professional (CXMP) certification through Client Savvy’s client experience community. The certification supports Parker Poe’s ongoing investment in Moments That Matter™, its firmwide client experience program focused on the interactions that most strongly shape client trust, confidence, and long-term relationships.
Allison earned the certification by completing six live, peer-to-peer workshops and a case study demonstrating the practical application of client experience principles at Parker Poe. The program emphasizes hands-on learning, collaboration with other client experience professionals, and the development of actionable plans for improving client experience strategy, measurement, governance, and change management.
"Client service has long been a strength of Parker Poe. Moments That Matter™ builds on that foundation by treating client experience as something we intentionally design, measure, and continually improve," said Kristen Bateman Leis, Parker Poe’s chief marketing, business development, and practice management officer. "Allison’s certification brings additional tools and perspective to our work to make every stage of the client experience more consistent, responsive, and distinctly Parker Poe."
As senior client service manager, Allison leads efforts to capture and translate the voice of the client into meaningful action. She gathers and analyzes client feedback, identifies opportunities to improve the client journey, and works with lawyers and professional teams to strengthen the firm’s culture of client service excellence.
Through Moments That Matter™, Parker Poe is identifying and improving the interactions throughout an engagement that have the greatest effect on the client experience. The program is designed to help the firm deliver clarity when issues are complex, responsiveness when timing matters, practical guidance when the stakes are high, and meaningful human connection throughout the client relationship.
