Charlotte, NC – Richard Rivera has been inducted as a Fellow into the American College of Trial Lawyers, one of the premier legal associations in the United States and Canada. Fellowship is by invitation only and follows a lengthy investigation of nominees. Less than 1% of attorneys in any given state or province are admitted to the College.

Richard was selected based on a review of his trial advocacy, ethical conduct, integrity, professionalism, and collegiality. He is a partner in Charlotte where he focuses his practice in the areas of professional negligence, tort defense, and internal investigations. He routinely represents hospitals, physicians, nurses, allied medical professionals, and their insurers. He has litigation experience in both trial and appellate courts.

Richard joins Charlotte partner Chip Holmes, Raleigh partner Charles Raynal, Charlotte retired of counsel Rick Glaser, and Raleigh retired of counsel Catharine Arrowood of Parker Poe as Fellows of the College.
