Deb Stern presented about the key differences between the requirements of Stark Law, the Anti-Kickback Statute, and the Eliminating Kickbacks in Recovery Act (EKRA) during the HCCA Healthcare Enforcement Compliance Conference.

Deb's presentation focused on how to apply recent regulatory and enforcement updates to compliance risk assessments. She also provided insights on recognizing common pitfalls that lead to violations under these statutes.
