Masters in Trial: Winning Your Trial Through Trial Witnesses

Susan Taylor Wall was a featured speaker at “Masters in Trial: Winning Your Trial Through Trial Witnesses.” The event is sponsored by the Foundation of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), the South Carolina Bar Continuing Legal Education Division, and presented by the South Carolina Chapter of ABOTA.
Masters in Trial was held at the University of South Carolina School of Law in Columbia with a live telecast on South Carolina ETV to eight CLE sites statewide. With live demonstrations, the program featured effective and persuasive techniques in presenting trial witnesses through direct examination, and how to effectively cross-examine opponent’s witnesses.
The program brought together some of the best plaintiff and defense lawyers in South Carolina, and around the country. In addition to Ms. Wall, other speakers included:
