Charleston partner Dick Unger spoke at the 32nd annual claims and underwriting seminar in Columbia hosted by the Chicago Title Insurance Company. This seminar was called "Chicago Title University." Dick provided an overview of real estate and title law. He participated with underwriting counsel for Chicago Title in a panel that discussed matters to look for when reviewing plats and the legal precedents controlling such matters.
